The Society for Integrative Oncology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (SIO/ASCO) publish joint guidelines on integrative therapies for cancer pain (2022), anxiety and depression (2023), and fatigue (2024). Some approaches are recommended; others only “may be offered”. Our search shows you each verdict at its own strength, with sources, before you see anyone to book.

Is this a replacement for my oncologist?
No. This platform connects you with integrative-care specialists (nutrition, PT, acupuncture, counseling) who work alongside your existing treatment team, not in place of it. Always loop in your oncologist before starting a new therapy.
How does insurance work?
Most practitioners here are out-of-network: you pay them directly, and they can give you a superbill — an itemised receipt you send your insurer to claim back what your plan covers. Some list plans they bill themselves. Any cost shown is an estimate, so check your coverage with your plan before your visit.
How are practitioners verified?
Every practitioner's license is checked against the public NPPES registry, and an admin reviews and approves each one before they can accept bookings.
What does the platform cost?
Signing up and browsing is free, and we never add a fee to your sessions. Practitioners set their own rates, and you always see the price before you book.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from your appointment page — you can move it to any other open time, or cancel outright. Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead is always free; inside that window a late-cancellation fee applies. If your practitioner cancels, you are never charged.
